Ooni Of Ife's Queen, Naomi Oluwaseyi Did Not Step On Blood;She Stepped On Oosun

A lot of Nigerians had reacted to the story after the viral photos surfaced on the Internet of the new Queen of the Ooni of Ife's stepping on substance that looked like blood and most people wondered how a prophetess would have mingled with traditions all in the name of marriage.
Another twist to this story is a Nigerian man identified as Kolawole Oginni who took to his Facebook page to enlighten the masses on the substance the Ooni of Ife's Queen, Naomi Oluwaseyi, was reported to have stepped on during her marriage rite-it was widely reported as blood. But according to the man, what Ooni of Ife's Queen stepped on is Oosun in Yoruba language and wasn't blood.
Although the marriage actually generated mixed reactions as some Nigerians saw nothing wrong in her act as it is part of culture and she must pass through just as others did in time past and she could not be an exemption, despite her being a prophetess.
